Bill 104, The Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, 2017 passed second reading on April 23, 2018. If passed, the Bill will repeal the current Saskatchewan Human Rights Code and replace it with an entirely new Act. The main difference with the new Act is that it is bilingual - English and French. Otherwise, apart from some minor wording changes, the substance of the legislation is the same.
